Theta Chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma Centennial Celebration Luncheon and Weekend

To register:
 - Click Register Myself and wait for the page to refresh.
 - Next, answer each question and then click Update Responses and wait for the page to refresh. Please answer the questions knowing that you are waited listed and may not be able to attend the luncheon.  You will have the opportunity to update your answers should a spot opor the luncheon and you accept it.
 - The next section functions like a shopping cart.
- Optional: Please order your centennial shirt. Note that all shirts will be shipped to the Theta house for distribution at th e event unless you add the custom shipping option. 
 - Add the line items that you want to your cart.
 - Be sure to add yourself to the wait list if you would like to join us should a space become available. You will not be charged for the luncheon until a space becomes available and we confirm with you that you still wish to attend.
 - If you want to order one of the shirts, click on Add, and select your shirt size (size charts accessible by clicking on the link to the shirt name), then click Update Response and wait for the page to refresh.
 - if you want your shirt shipped directly to you, please click on Add to cover the shipping charges.
  - If you would like to make a monetary contribution to the event, please do so by selecting the desired number of $25 increments and click Add.
  - Once all items are added to the cart, click the checkbox labeled Only display program items in registrant's itinerary.  This will update your cart to show only what you ordered so that you can calculate your total cost.  If you want to see other options again, clear the checkbox  Keep in mind that there are no changes allowed after completing your registration.
- When cart is set as desired, click Proceed to Checkout. This will display your checkout page with the total amount owed. You must do at least this much to add your name to the wait list.
 - On the checkout page, select credit card or AHC payment  This will take you to the applicable payment page where you can provide payment information and then submit your order.

Monetary Contribution to Support our Celebration (Optional)
Make a monetary contribution to support and enhance our weekend events in $25 increments up to $500. Any funds not needed for the event will be turned over to the chapter. Select the desired number of $25 increments and click Add. (Example: To contribute $100, set the quantity to 4 and click Add.)

Order an Urban Navy Heather Blue 1/4-Zip Fleece with white embroidery.  Click Add and select your shirt size (image and size charts accessible by clicking on the link to the shirt name), then click Update Response and wait for the page to refresh.

Ship your shirt to your Personal Shipping Address (Optional)
For sisters who are unable to attend our event, you may ship your shirt to the address specified as My Shipping Address on the My Profile web page instead of shipping it to the chapter house for distribution at the event. Note that shirt may arrive after the event when this option is selected. Click Add to cover the shipping charges.
